Our Order Process

Once an order has been placed on our secure website

• You will receive an order processing pack in the post, including a collection kit for your loved ones ashes, and ring sizer. Please follow the instruction on the order form and ensure accurate completion, including any colour choices and ring sizing etc.

• Once we receive your processing pack at our office, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm receipt and begin creating your jewellery piece.

• we will contact you once your jewellery piece is complete, beautifully gift wrapped and to ready be dispatched for delivery.

In busy periods, orders may take between 6-8 weeks to be finalised, however we endeavour to create and deliver your jewellery piece as soon a s possible.
