Our Order Process

Once you’ve placed your order on our secure website, you can send us your ashes inclusion, along with your ring size (if applicable).

Please make sure you include:
• Ashes – stored in a waterproof, secure bag or vial (around one tablespoon per item)
• Full name and address
• Description of the item(s) ordered
• Secure padded packaging for your items

Worried about sending your inclusion?

Don’t worry — I’ve put together a little kit to make things super easy and safe! Each kit includes:
• A secure plastic bag to pop your inclusion into
• An instruction card with a client form on the back
• A padded return envelope
• A pre-paid 48-hour tracked returns label

Please order only one kit per purchase, even if you’re ordering multiple pieces

Kits are priced at £9.99

Turnaround Time

During busy periods, orders may take 6–8 weeks to complete. However, I always do my best to create and deliver your jewellery as soon as possible.
